The project includes excavation & embankment, constructing the concrete structure, masonry and finishing works with installing all mechanical and electrical equipment. The main building with an infrastructure of about 9,891 square meters is in 3 blocks of 1 to 5 floors has a helipad; and the ancillary buildings have an infrastructure of about 900 square meters in addition to fencing and landscaping in an area of 21,200 square meters.
